Shipping and Delivery

The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. We regret that we cannot guarantee the shipping times, as delivery time will vary based on carrier and location.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

We offer flat rate shipping fees at checkout for overseas orders, and there will be no extra costs upon delivery (all orders placed on jonwesle.com ship delivered-duty-paid). Shipments will be sent using either Sendle or DHL Express.

Please note that the domestic shipping and delivery times for Australian and New Zealand orders  will take 2-7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7 – 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
